We offer Supreme Court Approved training for new process server candidates and renewal training for those currently approved by the Court. Our course is approved for all civil courts in all 254 Texas counties.

Our Mission

To provide the knowledge, skills and attitude necessary to equip a student so that he or she may become a successful participant in the legal support industry.

Company Profile

Regional Process Server's Academy is dedicated to the continued improvement of the process service industry.  We offer training based upon experience. It is presented in such manner that it can be put to practical use. We have been involved in process server training since 1980 and have trained private servers since 1992.

Fees

Our tuition is $100.00, payable upon registration. ($105.00 if paying by credit card) RPSA dos not have any additional or hidden costs. Please read our refund policy and the FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions) information.

This does not include your cost of having your finger prints recorded, the DPS fee for the background check, or the PSRB fee for registration.

Notice

Due to limited seating we accept no more than 25 applicants to a class.  We require prepayment. If we fill up before we receive your  mailed payment you will be given the option of an immediate refund or being rescheduled to the next session. Sign up early. First come, first served... If the credit card payment facility will accept your payment we will accept your enrollment. When we fill the roster we disable the credit card feature or remove the sold out date from the registration form.

If you are new to the industry or not sure if you wish to become a server we suggest that you visit the FAQ and the About Process Service links. Please understand that this is not a "get rich quick" scheme and  it  is not a job offer.

PLEASE READ the "PLEASE READ THIS PAGE" link and the FAQ pages before calling. It could save both of us a lot of time. If after reading those pages your questions are not answered then give us a call.
